Smart delivery and locker network · Kosovo
Delivery built around the customer — not the doorstep
iBox collects parcels from merchants, delivers them through our smart locker network and makes returns just as simple. Courier companies can also connect and use the same infrastructure through one open platform.

Delivery and returns
One network. Two ways to deliver.
iBox Delivery
A complete delivery service for e-commerce merchants. We collect orders from the merchant, sort and transport them, deliver them to the customer's chosen iBox locker and handle returns through the same network.
iBox Network Access
An open locker network for courier and logistics companies. Connect through our API and use iBox lockers for deliveries, returns and future failed-delivery redirection while continuing to operate your own transport network.
How it works
From merchant pickup to customer collection — and back again
